Order Processing Times
Each item is made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days, and may extend to 7–10 business days during peak seasons or for high‑volume orders. Production time is separate from shipping time.
Books purchased are processed and shipped by Amazon according to the shipping method you choose at checkout.
Shipping Methods and Delivery Estimates
Products: After production, typical delivery windows are
- United States: 3–8 business days
- Canada: 5–12 business days
- Europe/UK: 5–12 business days
- Australia/NZ: 7–15 business days
- Rest of world: 7–21+ business days
Actual delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and seasonal volume. Any delivery dates provided are estimates and not guarantees.
Books:
Shipping speeds and costs are set by Amazon at checkout. Prime‑eligible items may include expedited options per your Amazon membership. Please refer to your Amazon order confirmation for delivery estimates.
Shipping Rates
Products: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, item type, and quantity. Adding multiple items may increase shipping due to separate fulfillment or package weight.
Books: Shipping rates are determined by Amazon and shown at checkout on Amazon.
Split Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple packages:
- Products may ship separately if produced by different print partners or facilities.
- Books ordered on Amazon ship separately from products on our website and follow Amazon’s delivery schedule.
Order Tracking
You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking (where available) once your item ships. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries. If your location isn’t supported at checkout, please contact us.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)
International shipments of products may incur customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Delays at customs can extend delivery times. Amazon handles taxes/duties for books per its policies and destination rules.
Address Accuracy and Changes
Please verify your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If you need to update an address for a product order, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order; we’ll do our best, but changes aren’t guaranteed once production/shipping begins. Address changes for Amazon book orders must be managed via your Amazon order.
Delivery Issues (Lost, Delayed, or Damaged)
If your package is significantly delayed, marked as delivered but not received, or arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date with your order number, photos (for damage), and any relevant details. We will work to provide a replacement or solution.
Pre‑Orders and Backorders
If an item is on pre‑order or temporarily out of stock, we’ll display an expected ship date or notify you by email. Your order will ship when all pre‑order conditions are met or stock is available.
Holiday Cutoffs
During peak holiday periods, production and transit times may be longer. Order early to meet gift‑by‑date needs; posted cutoff dates are estimates and not guarantees.
